Santa Fe, NM 2019

The first time I went to New Mexico was back in 2016. I stayed in Santa Fe, but it was a really quick weekend-y trip. I knew there were so many more things that I needed to go back and see. Since then, I’ve been to Albuquerque a few times, but Santa Fe has kept calling to me. Thankfully, I was able to return for another visit recently and could finally continue exploring this magical place.

There were three major points of interest that I wanted to hit up this time: Georgia O’keeffe’s home/studio, The Alexander Girard Design Exhibition, and Meow Wolf.

Just one of a million special moments at Georgia O’Keeffe’s home/studio in Abiquiu, NM
Stay tuned for more…
Some details from the Alexander Girard exhibition “A Designer’s Universe” at the International Folk Art Museum, Santa Fe, NM. I’ll elaborate soon.
Alexander Girard’s extensive collection of folk art is permanently exhibited at the International Folk Art Museum, Santa Fe NM.
WhAt Is A MeOW Wolf? Stay tuned for a full post on that experience, and if you’re going to be in Santa Fe soon, it’s a MUST.

I’m going to be making separate posts for each of those three in the coming weeks because they were all mind blowing. I took so many more photos that one post just won’t cut it or even begin to do them justice.

In the meantime, here a few more Santa Fe highlights and a couple favorite mundane aesthetic moments…
