January and February are always an interesting transitional time for me. Since the weather is still a bit cold outside, I often find myself in nesting mode. However, it’s the start of the year so I’m also aching to bring in some newness into my life. I’m currently totally feeling all of the warm but very textural pieces that I’m seeing in stores right now. Lots of whites, tan, taupe, peach, corals, rusts, woods, and matte finishes. I’m calling this mood- “Neutral Textures”

Here are some more “Neutral Textures” I’m seeing out right now. (scroll left/right to see more)

It totally gives me “winter in the desert” vibes. The hits of warm muted color is a perfect transition as we head into Spring and Summer. What do you guys think? Are you feeling this look?
