The May/June 2013 issue of Vogue Living (Australia) features the Paris apartment of Moustache design studio founders, Stéphane Arriubergé and Massimiliano Iorio. It’s a perfect showcase for their playful and modern style.
I love the mix of colors, natural light, and wood tones that flow through the space.
Interesting to note, the floor is actually a very pale pink resin.
Arriubergé says in the article “Often materials are considered before colours, but we think in colours first and then use them as if they were a material… Color is neither a surface nor a finish, which it is often limited to. It establishes a presence that you can’t achieve in any other way.” Inspired words to remember!
