Happy Friday! I know Monday is probably the last thing you want to think about as you begin a weekend, but I’m actually quite excited about the one coming up! This coming Monday, October 21, 2013, Fab.com is launching a curated South African design Pop-Up shop! Fab.com has partnered with more than 25 South African-based designers to showcase their work, ranging from furniture to home accessories to jewelry and apparel.
All of this is in part to celebrate the year long celebration of the city of Cape Town being named the World’s Design Capital for 2014.
Here’s a sneak peek of just some of the awesome items that will be available:
The accessories, like the bow ties and bags, have some great patterns and I’m loving all the pop colors.
I also have my eye on that cutting board that has the cool geometric cuts. Functional and Fantastic!
The pieces will be on the main page for a week (starting Monday) but they will still be available throughout the site on an ongoing basis.
