I definitely would not consider my self a “flower” type of guy, but I have to admit that nothing livens up a place like some fresh foilage. Last week I knew I was going to have a bunch of lovely blog buddies over, so I picked up some of these deep red “kangaroo paws“. I wanted something with some height, but didn’t really feel like tree branches were very “summer-y”- I think these guys worked out nicely. I love their minimal form, weird sculptural tips, and pop of color. It also gave me an excuse to display my happy new vases from West Elm designed by Elephant Ceramics!
