These trees were outside the Royal Hawaiian hotel main entrance. The leaves appeared to be in transition between a beautiful ivory with little bits of marbled green. Anyone know what they are?
they look like paulonia leaves with a partial albinism mutation – the crazy thing is since the white parts of the leaves aren’t able to photosynthesize, they’re basically freeloading off the tiny little hard working green patches that can.
