One of my favorite artists, Lisa Solomon, has just launched new venture with friend Candice Gold, called MODify/d. Basically, they partner with companies in the apparel business to “re/use, re/cycle, re/purpose damages, samples, and that which would normally be discarded.” They then create beautiful, useful, or wearable things for people and their homes.
